I have worked in interior design for 10 years, and 8 of them I have done project managing. I had never done a large scale commercial job and used a receiver before. I called many places in the Vegas area and spent a lot of time asking for referrals and stumbled upon Red Carpet. I chose them because they were super helpful and informative right off the bat and really answered all of my questions and made me feel confident and like I would be taken care of.

I had spoke to a few other places who honestly were unhelpful and not understanding of the fact that I had never done this before. When it came down to choosing them it was based off of overall communication, the sense of responsibility and pride they gave in their business and their facilities were the best we had found. They were the quickest to responding to any questions or getting quotes and made sure I was helped.

My experience with them was amazing. We used them both for receiving and storage as well as delivery and installation. They were so on it, I didn't ever worry about anything- which is HUGE. I wanted to follow up with you regarding the installs that took place last week. We do a lot of properties similar to the three that we just completed in Vegas, and we do them all over the country. We are always taking a risk when we do things out of state and our items are shipped to a new receiver/installer that we have not worked with before. There is always a fear of the unknown. I did a lot of research and found nothing but great comments and reviews on your company so we of course went with your services.

I have to say, your company is one of the BEST companies we have ever done business with, and Michelle's been in the business for over 30 years. Your staff was nothing but pleasant at the the installs and they were more than accommodating to our needs. You were thorough when receiving our items and communicated very well with us regarding any damaged items or missing items.
